Add NgRx to Existing App

Angula (12) app with Javascript backend needs NgRX. Looking for a skilled developer who can collaborate with our team on this. Must be able to execute autonomously and produce good code. The code will be reviewed by lead front-end engineer. App's current code is easy, but app has different features and functionalities, including use of web sockets.
