Script for zip code and distance radius

I need a script that returns the zip codes of a certain radius

input
- zip code from the search point
- distance radius, for example 1km, 2km and etc.

output
- file in json or other format
containing all or most of the zip codes in that radius

If it's not possible to make the script available, just listing the zip codes within each radius is okay too
