Towing In TX

I was forced by the police department to use a towing company that I didn't want to use. The tow truck company then charged me over $4,500 to tow the truck less than 3 miles. Then for the hazmat clean up, he charged me for expenses that were not needed. He didn't do a good job so someone in the city made him to it again, and he charged me for over $8000 for that, then he had to hire a 3rd party to come and do it correctly and charged me $4,200 for that. Because of the extreme price, I couldn't get my truck for almost 2 months because he wouldn't release it until it was paid. I have a small trucking company and that was my only truck at the time. I lost a lot of revenue because of this issue and the prices he charged were outrageous and the police department forced us to use him eventhough we had hired a tow company and they were there to take care of everything.
