Consulting and Setup of vagrant lamp box using parallels

I just upgraded my machine to apple m1 processor and my previous vagrant files no longer work because VirtualBox will not support arm.
I'm looking for someone who is really strong at vagrant and linux sysadmin skills to assist me create a new dev virtual machine of a legacy environment I need. The legacy environment I need will be a lamp server with php5.6+, mysql 5.7+, and apache 2.4+. I will need help setting this up via zoom as this is my personal machine.
The deliverables will be to create one apache vhost "one.test" with a php info file in it and it connecting to a mysql db. I will need that vhost directory mapped to a local directory on my machine and to be able to create manage the mysql server via vagrant ssh from my local machine.
I'm only looking for someone who has done this before and is very familiar with vagrant and parallels and linux sysadmin skills. If you can find a prebuilt vagrant box, I'm willing to use that I just need some consulting on how to set it up.
