Help to create REST API accesses for Znuny/OTRS
Budget: $2 – $30 USD
We are looking for a Znuny REST API expert
your tasks will be to provide us as preferably Postman (also possible as bash-curl, bash-wget) following or similar tasks:
- create a new Queue folder (via REST API)
- create a new group (via REST API)
- create a user with user/admin-provided password, but password must be changed on first login (via REST API)
same things also via znuny/otrs command line
mandatory!
- you have used already multiple times OTRS/Znuny REST api and you know what needs to be done. We will ask for this to demo in a video call!
- if you have no experience with OTRS/Znuny rest api, we will only hire you as fixed price and clean short frame deadlines
- you have your own hosted or locally installed Znuny instance (we will not provide it to you for development!)
