Need Android OS Serial / USB Communications Stack Level expert for Building Driver for Telemetry -- 2

We require an Android Stack Developer with expertise in managing multiple serial ports and USB ports.

WE DO NOT NEED an Android Developer with skills at making apps. A STACK DEVELOPER with Serial / USB and / or communications Driver experience is what we seek

Please be prepared to share past experience examples and show knowledge of Low Stack driver development.

What we require does need a highly skilled developer.
