Duplicate and Rename Applescript

I am a photoretoucher that occasionally needs simple scripts to automate my processes. For this project I need a super simple applescript that will duplicate a selected file "x" number of times and append the file names of those duplicated files with the text from either column A OR column B of a numbers document named "FileNames". Ideally the script would only duplicate the number of entries in the specified column.
