Magento Web API Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a Web API built within Magento 2 for connecting to a vendor Web Service database and need a developer to build it. The API will connect to a vendor Web Services database for data retrieval into the search feature on the Web site.
The integration will retrieve elements such as title, ISBN, author, images, and other book attributes. In addition to books, there are other items that also need to be retrieved such as gifts, games, and puzzles. These are all determined by query types. I also have the API reference information as well as sample code, schemas, query type XML files, and other necessary files so that they do not have to be created from scratch.
To achieve the above-mentioned goals under this work, the following steps will be followed.
1. Create Web API to connect with Web Service Vendor
2. Import Categories to Magento Platform. (files provided)
3. Import Attributes to match returned API call elements for products into Magento.
4. Implement search queries
After the implementation of the Web API, the Magento website should dynamically populate the product pages with the data elements retrieved from the API call. Using that data, the site will return the user with the requested product information.
You must have strong knowledge in working with REST or SOAP API, Magento 2, and with XML structure.
