Second Opinion Letter - Floor Machine to be returned to Seller
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a second opinion letter to be able to return a floor scrub machine to seller.
The machine was terribly mishandled during delivery and as a result the machine is "unstable" and it is tilting towards the right side when used, see attached files for Video of Delivery, Pictures of the Damaged Box and Pictures.
Requirements for the 2nd Opinion Letter: Must have a business / professional letterhead and signed from a qualified expert subject matter engineer. The letter must specifically state what is wrong and how it was completed wrong / incorrectly / what is not working. The person / business providing this second opinion letter must have a valid license in Maryland and appropriate credentials to sign this letter.
