signal Provider from crypto currencies chart

I want to have application that can search through charts and find the desired technical analysis that user set for Eg: user set I want to find Charts that have following Rolls:
EMA 50 Cross Up EMA 200
&&
Current Price is above Ichimoku Cloud
and so On
USERS should can USE ALL well-known indicator(RSA, MACD, EMA, MA, ) !!
and also they should be able to set alert for specific price or breaking specific price and etc.
and when the application apply the rules and found the charts that has desired technical analysis then send all the information such as : currency symbol, Timeframe, ... through API to us.
