Create Android External USB Webcam Application

Hi we need to create an Android external USB camera application.

However we also want to add features found in the Open source Opencamera program. This is open source with code available on its GitHub and is available to use commercially.

Specifically want to add these features which code is available for:
1. Focus Peaking with Colour selection
2. Zebra Highlight stripes with % selection
3. Histogram with different Histogram Options
4. Image sharpening adjustment
We want these 3 features to be part of a Paid version of the app. So the app needs to allow for Google Play payments.
