Remote Mortgage Broker Assistant

Requirements:
- Someone who understand mortgage broking industry/space
- Need to be a good communicator, someone who is organized and can have strong attention to detail
- Someone who can potentially lead a team, has leadership skills
- Have good knowledge of how mortgage brokers operate in Australia
- Can assist with building better processes for managing files
- Be a personal assistant to head broker
- Willing to learn new parts of the business
- Need to be fluent in English, but won’t talk to our clients directly, but might need to call banks at times
- Need to prove work experience in similar job(s)

Work:
- Organizing head broker with multiple tasks/good assistant
- Push work through, online applications
- Manage pricing and customers’ evaluations
- Follow up with banks
