PC, Abelton 11, Plugin and CPU Overload Issues

Hi. My name is Tim. I just bought a Dell tower PC, i9, 11 gen, 32 gb ram, 1tb SSD drive running Windows 11. I use Abelton 11 running through a Scarlett 18i20. I cannot believe it but I am having CPU overload issues, mysterious muting issues, and a host of other issues. I thought buying a new overpowered pc would solve these issues, but they have gotten worse in some instances. I don't have the tech expertise, time or patience to address these issues. Is there anyone that can help me fix these issues remotely?
