Create page to retrieve my database data instantly without refresh

You need to create a page linked to my database. I should see all incoming form input data on that page, instantly without needing to refresh the page. You also need to create a button on ths page that will create a link that will give access to my website using an ID in the url. Like that i can identify the input data from any user, by the ID from the link. That also means that my page not should be accessible if you try to visit my website without ID in the url.
