Setup Raspberry Pi Websocket, mariaDB, and HTML

Looking for help getting started on an application on Raspberry Pi with nodejs Websocket, mariaDB and HTML. The project is for multiple browser clients to connect to the raspberry pi server via websocket. Html page in browser displays 10 switches that any client can rename and any client can slide a switch on/off. Switch names and status (on/off) is stored in MySQL mariaDB on raspberry pi. Nodejs App on raspberry pi polls MySQL mariaDB for any change in switch name or on/off status. Whenever any changes identified in DB, the display changes on all browser clients that are connected to the Websocket to show new switch name or status. Eligible Freelancers MUST have raspberry pi and must be familiar with mariaDB and HTML.
