Autodesk Forge Model Derivative API Interface

I would like to have a series of PHP scripts that access the Autodesk Model Derivative API (https://forge.autodesk.com/en/docs/model-derivative/v2/developers_guide/overview/) to enable the translation/conversion of a CAD file from one format to another.

I envisage these scripts/ pages:
1. Display an upload form which will accept a CAD file in an allowed format (see https://forge.autodesk.com/en/docs/model-derivative/v2/developers_guide/supported-translations/) and allow a user to specify what output format they want
2. Upon form submission and file upload, to send the file to the Forge API for conversion/translation, via the Forge SDK
3. A CRON script to check the API regularly for the conversation status. When the conversion is complete, download the new converted file and send an email confirming completion with a link to download
4. Download page

Important notes:
1. Scripts must be in PHP
2. Autodesk provide free 30 day developer accounts, so I expect the above files to be fully working and can be demonstrated with test CAD conversions before the project will be closed out
3. Include “CAD format translator” phrase in your response so I know you’ve read these requirements.
