The project aims to develop a new website, optimized for Car Rent and an e-commerce platform for the sale of caravans and motorhomes, used cars, accessories.
The website will require API integration with the DMS system used by our company, called Car Hire.
The main purpose of the website is to accommodate in the website, end-to-end, the process of renting and paying for a car.
Sales services will be hosted on separate platforms, accessible from the main menu by redirects to separate tabs.

Functionalities: Rental and payment process, with programming directly in the Car Hire system.

Functionalities: e-commerce mode, product presentation pages, order steps, completion.
For accessories and articles electric mobility is necessary a classification in categories and intuitive filtering of the products.

Functionalities for the new website
Rental Service (core)
The website will provide a complete online rental process, including payment registration,
The website will contain the table with all the models available for rent and will send the rental order directly in the DMS, querying in advance the real availability of the vehicles, depending on the parameters set by the user.
When initiating an order, the calculation algorithm is connected in real time with the programmer in Car Hire and dynamically displays the prices, depending on the variables included in the order steps and the order stage.
The website will integrate end-to-end online payment options, for full payment of the car rental price, through dedicated payment processors (such as Netopia / PayU).
For the online purchase, there will be a fixed discount, applied to the total price, of 10%.
The option to pay offline will also be available.
The price of the guarantee will be collected later, off-line, when the car is handed over to the customer.
The website will contain the function of automatically issuing the invoice and the contract.
These documents are issued, in the current workflow, in Car Hire.
