Create a PHP script to read videos from VIMEO folder via API

Hello,

we need an API expert developer to generate a PHP script that can read via API a folder and its subfolders containing some videos.

The script must generate an XML keeping the directory structure and for each video must extract (if available):

- Name of video
- Description of video
- Size of video
- Duration of video
- List of tags associated to the video
- Information about video views

We'll provide you full access to a Vimeo account to make the development.

We need it is PHP since we the script will be integrated in our PHP backend.
