Develop Web App Requirement For Developer Team

Hi experts!
I need your help to develop a documentation for developer team to understand before they can build the web app.
1. Currently, I'm using a web app for sales/orders management.
2. I need some upgrades on some of its functions.
3. The document shall be based on the upgraded functions but for a totally new web app.
4. We will zoom/google meet to complete this task.
This should be a 2-3 days max job for an expert :)
