Refreshing, updating PHP application to new framework

Looking for a PHP developer with Laravel experience to update a PHP application. I'd like someone with experience in either learning systems or content authoring/management. This project will be an approximate 3-month project with long-term updates to the code and customer changes. Application built on 7.x version of PHP in the SlimPHP framework.

The tool is a content authoring tool for learning was html/js output to a Learning Management System.
