I cannot access anymore Shopware 5 Pluginmanager

I do not know what has happened, but somehow I cannot access anymore the Pluginmanager in Shopware 5.
I did not do anything different, nor did I delete something.
Probably you can check if something happened within the Cpanel Logfiles or the Logfiles in the backend of my Website.
