How would you establish and refine future architecture and vision?
How would you govern technology decisions and direction?
How would you define value and benefits; business, IT and financial?
Guidance on content:
Consider how you would engage and articulate your approach and ideas to a wide range of stakeholders; ensuring the right message targeted at different audiences, continued ownership and championing to create the required support.
Consider any models or frameworks you would use both to capture outputs and to articulate future architecture strategy and vision.
Consider your understanding or view of the core capabilities of the National Grid group of companies including regulated and non-regulated entities and the architectural aspects, including maturity, industry and technology trends, innovation, approaches and where you think the high value areas, and challenges, are over the next 5-10 years.
