Progressive Web App (WPA) Android with in-app-purchase

Hello.

I would like to have a progressive web app developed for Android.

Basically, this app has only text and small icons on a few pages and on one page you can see videos of different haircuts.
The web app need to be available in the google play store. The app itself is free. In order to be able to watch the videos, the app must be purchased. The downloadable videos can ONLY !! be played within the app.

This app is already available on the iOS App Store. Name: kidscut

All icons or pictures as well as the texts are delivered.
The app should be available in two languages for now - German and English.
If the project works, more languages and videos will come and needs to be integrated.
