Build a subcontractor construction program from clients master program
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

Tasks:
- Built a specific subcontractor baseline program in MS Project using the clients master program
- The clients works will be predecessors to the subcontractors works
- Build subcontractor impacted as-planned schedule based on project progress to date
- The Subcontractors dates must match the dates in the master program
- quantify delay, idle time, prolonged duration etc
Limitations;
- The subcontractor is reliant on client access to the works for 40 x concrete pours
- The client has supplied a pdf print out of the master schedule from Primavera.
- The client are not sharing their logic nor calendar however this can be overcome with some guidance from myself
- There are approximately 650 tasks in the clients master schedule however they are broken down into 50 sub tasks, the logic within each of the 50 sub tasks follow the same pattern
- The number of tasks required to built the subcontractors program will be about 300, however broken down into approximately 45 sub task that share similar logic within tasks.
Resources
To complete this task you will be provided with the following information:
- PDF printout of the clients master schedule
- An excel conversion taken from the clients master schedule
- Advice on which of the tasks belong to the subcontractor and their relation ship to each other
- A sample list of activities in excel data of what has been achieved to date and the relationships of tasks that have happened to date
- A link to public holidays applicable to the project
- some pdf data from the client containing delay logic relating to wet weather days etc presented month by month
Delivery
- This program is required for urgent delivery within one week
Additional information;
- You will be required to accept a non-disclosure agreement for these works
- Once the project is complete there will be an ongoing requirement for fortnightly maintenance of the schedule, edits, updates etc for approximately the next year.
