Axie Infinity Scanning Bot

Looking for a coder to build me a simple axie infinity listing bot.
The bot will need to scan the blockchain and post in the discord whenever an axie has been listed for sale and the option for me to set a maximum price for example 0.03 weth
meaning the the bot will only post me axies below that price threshold and ignore the rest.
Delay is ofc has to be as little as possible.
