Build me a SAAS cloud platform

My project is to build a new cloud SAAS platform for coaching purposes, using Python with Celery, AWS with EC2 and S3, MongoDB. Simple to use UI. I can provide an example of a SAAS platform as visual guidance from the UX end. This need to have at least 8
API's including payments, Zoom, Scheduling, YT. Very user friendly and visually attractive UX. Delivery date for launch by 01 February 2022.
