Telegram bot consultation in python

There is a ready bot for telegram written in phyton. One of the bot's tasks is to check subscriptions to certain channels and, at the end, issue a notification whether the person is subscribed or not. Due to the large number of people during the check, there is a very long response, which is why the check simply "stops".
