YOLO/Opencv and machine learning programmer

We are searching for a programmer that is experienced working with machine learning.
We are interested to look on videos and analyze events.
Events might include recognition of:
objects/people/animals recognition.
Face recognition.
Other tasks.

We need a platform that would communicate with our other systems and sensors.

The basic tasks might be relatively simple and partially could be found online.
We wish to further develop a system to great capabilities.
We have frelance programmers that work with us for many years already and we search to extend our freelance team.

Work in Linux environments.
Any code that would be written would be belong to us.
The software would need to be used via comfortable UI.
