QT based GUI for ML

Hi,
I want to you to develop a QT-based python GUI for my Machine learning model. The key aspects of the GUI are as follows:
1. Using the radio buttons, one shouls be able to choose if new training is required or pretrained model shall be used.
2. It should load the training .csv file using browse button and display the data in the table.
3. It should train the model in background using train button. The progress (no. of epochs) shall be visible on the progress bar as training proceeds.
4. Once training is done, it should display Histogram plot of loss. And user can decide the threshold for the loss which shall be used for further data.
5. Using the save button, the model shall be saved in user-defined folder.
6. If the user decide to load pretrained model, all the above steps shall be skiped and the user shall be able to define the .csv files folder (Multiple files).
7. User should be able to plot the mean of all the .csv files and plot the mean. If the mean is higher than the usr-defined value, those .csv files shall be selected and shall beused for further model testing on a pretrained model.
8. At the end, there shall be pdf report being generated which will contained the mean plot and all the files having values higher than the mean.
Things provided by us:
1. ML learning code, and all the functionalities of the buttons described above.
2. For reference, there will be a model case can be provided (Not exact similar but something related to mentioned project).
