House Facade Render

I need a render of a house facade (plan attached). There's just a house plan but no facade's view. It's necessary to create a facade based on the house plan. There's also a PDF file with a quick instructions about what we need (or do not need) on the facade and some reference we like. The render must be day light. We will need a very large image file at the conclusion.
