Starting a business that serves banking industry

As part of setting up my business I need expert assistance on choosing a business structure (e.g. LLC, S-corp, etc) and legal/tax/accounting implication of the selection. I'm looking for someone who has rich experience in banking industry and banking regulation, and small business registration with the state of Georgia as well as cross-state registration process
