Looking For Powershell Script Expert To Open Browser From Text File

My goal is to create a script that can open different web pages in alphabetical order in microsoft edge (private mode).
Right now I have created a script, but it does not open in alphabetical order.
The problem is that there are 3 sub folders with web pages that do not follow the main folder's alphabetical order.

Inside each folder and subfolder there is a txt file that contains the link to the web page.
Note that the goal is that the order is based on the name of the folder or subfolder where there is a txt file to read.

There are a total of 47 websites, I want 3 scripts as follows:

Script 1: Must open all web pages a-z in alphabetical order
Script 2: Should open the first half of the list eg. a-m
Script 2: Should open the second half of the list eg. n-z

It is important that the pages are distributed equally, ie 23 and 24.
Also, I want the script to be dynamic, ie when I add a folder or subfolder, one should preferably not have to change much in the script.
Alternatively, you can adjust in the code eg a-d and f-z (hardcoded), when the a-d half contains half of the pages.

I can send the folders in zip where also an example of the desired list and my script.

The code should have comments.
