Slack Web API Integration (PHP)

NOTE: READ THE ENTIRE POSTING. WILL ONLY CONSIDER THOSE WHO PROVIDE SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SLACK INTEGRATION PROJECT AND A REFERENCE FOR A SLACK PROJECT.
Looking for someone experienced in Slack to assist our development team with creation and implementation for our PHP web application using the Slack Web API. Our web platform is multi-tenant and is used by different users from different organizations.
To apply to this project, you must be knowledgeable in the following workflows:
• OAuth Integration: Each user will need to grant permission to authorize our web portal to send/receive messages from their slack account. User would be directed to Slack to grant access and then redirected back to our portal – at which point we would have the tokens needed to push messages to/from the account. (Integration may require that each employee receive a test notification)
• Performance Review Bot Permissions, including users.list, conversations.open, and chat.post/message.
o enable messages and certain survey communications delivered and received via Slack
o enable shortcuts and commands within Slack including “give feedback” and “request feedback”
o automate reminders sent via Slack to our portal users who have outstanding survey or other items
o enable use of comments and emoji reactions to connect to webhooks
Our developers will embed the Slack workflow codes to our main PHP application. UI is likely not necessary.
I am not going to look at any GitHub repositories or follow any links to websites – so do not bother to list. Provide a thorough description of 1 or 2 Slack API design project(s) and provide a reference for a Slack integration project.
