GTS Tracking System / GV300 Queclink

I need an experience someone with knowledge on Queclink and opengts configuration to accomplish the following below
1) configure GV300 with the vehicle own fuel sensor, the calibration has already been done and will be given to you for configuration, the end result is to get live reading of fuel reading on the reports and live track on opengts .
2) Configure the GV300 to report the following information on openGTS tracking platform
Idling
Over speed
Area Exit Alarm
No Communication over 30m
External power loss
Fuel consumption per kilometres from
