China Procurement Consultant Required. -- 2

We are looking to launch a range of desktop computer monitors in India
Objective of work:
1) Researching and selecting a OEM/ODM factory that can produce computer monitors/screen with competitive pricing, fast lead time and generous payment terms.
2) The products must have BIS certification other wise it will be difficult to procure the products.
3) The computer monitors must be reliable upto 3-5 years and a good visual experience.
4) The factory must have systems to produce custom logos/packaging etc.

Experience required:
1) We are looking for a procurement consultant with substantial experience in the field of IT hardware /peripherals sourcing.
2) A good understanding of electronics to assess whether the products being sourced are of acceptable quality or not.
3) Ability to negotiate good prices and terms with Chinese factories.
