Sound Knowledge of below areas.
*Having knowledge of yarn types, knitting techniques, dying, manual and Gerber/Tuka cutting, sewing & Packing.
*Managed development and production for tops & Bottoms.
*Product costing, product placement, capacity planning and production follow-up.
*Production Planning and execution follow up to deliver goods on time to customer.
*Development of Fabric, Print, Embroidery, Embellishment, Fit Sample, Trims & Accessories.
*Production follow up (PPR meeting, Trial run, TNA, WIP)
*Production approval (Fabric, Dye lots, Print, Embroidery, Garment Washing etc.)
*Employ Training, Development & Leadership.
*Product Safety, Testing, Inspection AQL & TQM.
*Managing third party inline/final audits.
*Experience of managing the massive labor.
