Write a consumer insights survey

I'm looking for a freelancer who can craft a survey on behalf of a tech platform, in order to survey its users. Specific to the influencer/creator environment, I would like to find someone who can structure a survey in a way that will drive interesting narratives and insights. You would have experience writing consumer-facing surveys, tech or social industries as a bonus. Fluent in English.
