Implement postfixadmin + dovecot mailbox quotas

We have setup a new mail server: Debian 11, Postfix, Dovecot, Postfixadmin. Everything is working fine, except mailbox quotas. We need someone who is an expert on this subject to get quotas working. Also, check the config we have setup is secure and according to best practices. What changes you make to get it working should be documented so we understand.
