Penguin run - gaming app

I need a coder, for an app that I want to make.
I would like to do an endless penguin runner game just like Subway Sufers or Penguins.
The main idea is that the penguin will run down the ice, and there will be blockage that you'll need to avoid. The blockage could be TNT boxes or holes. If you go into one of these two things, you will die, but you can get an extra chance by watching a short video. You control the penguin by swiping to the side that you want to move to.
I would like to monetise it with advertisements (admob) and In-app purchases.
I will cover the marketing, sales, and finance.
