VB.NET Download URL to String - Console App

Very simple project - I have a URL - https://api.nasdaq.com/api/screener/stocks?tableonly=true&limit=25&offset=0&download=true
The URL above needs to be downloaded into a string, using vb.net. HAS TO BE IN A VB.NET CONSOLE APP. Should just be one function that saves the text from the link into a string variable.
That's it.
Will not pay more than $15 for this. I will have more projects like this.
