3D Video – Statement of Work
3Insys requires services for creating a 3D video of about 2 minutes 30 seconds to support our business objectives. The initiative is being driven by the sales and marketing department and will showcase the value 3Insys provides utilities when integrating new applications and devices into their existing operations.
3Insys is a Technology Software Solution provider, and Integrator focused on delivering solutions, services, and insightful analysis to Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Telecommunications, High Tech, and Public sectors.

Scope
The video must describe 3Insys’s role in integrating applications and devices as utilities migrate towards digital operations to meet their needs.
Video Requirements
• Video: 3D Animation
• Formats: 4K & 1080p
• Estimated length: ~2min 30 sec.
• Number of Scenes: ~15
• Script: Will be provided by 3Insys
• Voiceover: Video developer to provide
Qualifications / Software Experience:
The contractor must have the knowledge and proven experience in the field of 3D video creation.
• Cinema 4D, Blender, 3D Max, or equivalent.
Deliverables/Timeframe
All project activities must be completed and the deliverable provided by no later than August 16, 2021. At a minimum, the contractor and 3Insys will meet weekly in person or via video chat to receive updates on the progress of the work.
