Passionate Designer For A B2B SaaS Startup [Web Only]

Tl;dr: looking for a passionate designer for a B2B SaaS startup .
Goal is to design 1) a click prototype of 2-3 main user journeys to show to investors and potential customers and 2) developer ready figma mocks.

WHAT IS THE IDEA?
We are currently working on a B2B SaaS startup in the collaboration/productivity space.
As companies scale, the amount and complexity of projects increase, impacting cross-functional and vertical (seniority wise) collaboration; as a result, putting the project or portfolio of projects at risk.
We have in mind to add a thin layer on top of all project management tools used in a company to better use the information that's scattered across multiple collaboration tools (eg, Jira, Asana, email, etc.).
This thin layer will help teams manage the launch/project at a different level (not at a task level) and ultimately create a single source of truth that will be used for reporting.
Smooth onboarding, multi-tenancy, dashboarding, integration flows with 3rd parties and deeply understanding projects/launches information and displaying them in a useful, actionable way are very important.
Product will be web only (desktop and mobile).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
I am looking to find passionate designers who will help me build
1) a click prototype of main user journeys to show to investors and customers and
2) developer ready Figma mocks.
To summarize - required experience:
- Previous experience designing a complete B2B SaaS product (productivity/collaboration space is a plus) - not only the landing page of the product.
- Understand the UX of B2B SaaS product and how users use such products
- Understand project management tools and processes.
- Experience working with b2b SaaS startups that went through the same process of raising funds is a plus.
- Web design | Figma
- Strong understanding and experience in onboarding, multi-tenancy, dashboarding, integration flows with 3rd parties (eg. https://airfocus.com/integrations/) and deeply understanding projects/launches information and displaying them in a useful, actionable way.
- We hope to improve the way people work and make it more fulfilling and valuable, especially in the context of the “Future of Work” trend.
As a result, design cannot be old school or standardized, but should be modern.
To be a best fit for this project, you need to:
- Passionate about building new and great experiences
- Great and proactive communication skills.
Willing to work as a team with us.
- Willing to answer questions and explain the needed to the developers (when designs are done)
- You care about users.
Willing to listen to customer feedback and iterate on mocks.
- Time difference shouldn’t be an issue impacting our collaboration
- Willing to sign an NDA - I will then send you more details on the number of pages, product scope, etc.
- I would like to work with you, who I am talking to.
I would not like to go through bureaucracy, multiple layers of project managers, etc.
I will only talk to whoever will work directly with me.
