Project Face Synchronize

you must make a platform that is responsive, it will work in both app and web, the job is that it will take photo of face from camera and add skin from some image which will be given below and will tell which one is setting right in its face and convert it to a photo (.png format) and show it in the next page. and will work on it.

IMPORTANT - Face Recognition should be all-rounder in front of the face, click on the left-right side and the back.
