Stock Data Support

This project has to do in providing data information related to the stock market. I need the assistance of someone knowledgeable on how to screen for stocks that fall under certain criteria and then create a watchlist from the results of the screen in order track those stocks.

There are several financial websites that provide these investments tools "Stock Screen" and "Watchlist" such as yahoofinance.com, stochouse.com, etc.. These websites charge a monthly fee to upgrade and its for you to decide if the free version will do the job or I will need to be a member in order to accomplish my needs. I am a member of aaii.com and I believed this website provide this service but I am not sure. This is what I need to accomplish:
1) Choose the website of your choice that will provide what I want to accomplish
2) Create & save a screen with the following criteria:
a) Exchange: NYSE, NASDAQ AND OTC-BB
b) Share Price: less than $4 dollars
c) 52wk Range: Spread between 52wk high and 52wk low is three times or more than 52wk low
d) Average Daily Dollar Volume: more than $800,000 dollars
e) No financial stocks
d) No utility stocks
3) Create & save a watchlist from the results of the screen. The watchlist needs to display a total of eighth (8) columns:
a) symbol
b) High
c) Low
d) Close
e) % Change
f) Volume
g) Volume Oscillator: (5days MA)(20days MA) in percentage
h) Relative Strength: Russell 2000 index (IWM) as benchmark
