Finding A Welder For Fire Line Work.

I'm a mechanical engineer a little over my head at a new job. I need to learn about welding design of round tubes. I'm looking for recurring tutoring sessions with a skilled welder/welding engineer. Probably twice a week for an hour or so. More than willing to trade SolidWorks lessons for Welding design lessons.
