Windows 10 blue screen 0xc00021
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Today my PC suddenly crashed while I was working as usually (MS Word etc.).
It's like this now when I start the PC:
- blue screen SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED or CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
- reboots automatically and tries to repair automatically but this loads a few seconds and then it gives blue screen with the error 0xc000021a and shuts down without rebooting
I have created a USB stick with Windows Media Creation Tool. When I boot form the USB it always says CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (the USB has Windows 10 installer - it works, I have tried on my other PC). Then it restarts automatically and gives error 0xc000021a and then it shuts down without restarting.
So basicly I can't enter into the repair "trouble shoot" etc. screen. No matter if boot from SSD M.2 or USB.
If anyone can help me, I'll pay $50 no matter if it's only a 2 minutes fix.
