Add subscription solution (woocommerce) with Ask for quote option

We have a website already developed on WordPress and we want to add an e-commerce plugin (woocommerce) with Ask for quote option.
The client fill a form to request a quote when he got the price from the admin, he can pay it online, The payment gateway plugin is available.
