Advice on rss plugin for importing articles

I’m simply looking for a good researcher who can find me the best RSS to WordPress plugin (and instruct on how to easily set it up) that will give me these important features:
— Delay (set custom time delay between posts from the rss feed, so they don’t post only an hour apart for exam)
— Exclude (or include) articles with certain keywords
— Grab only one or two paragraphs from an article, depending on the RSS feed
