Chinese WordPress developer with polyling plugin skills

Hello, I am looking for a Chinese speaking wordpress developer with polyling skills. I need someone to help me with a wordpress website. I am doing translation of the website into Chinese language using polyling plugin. Sometime I having trouble with the website functions and options, I need someone to fix it quickly. There will be ongoing jobs. I think you don't have to deal with programming codes, everything will be done using the wp dashboard. Thanks
