Fix Wordpress 403 & 404 Errors / Login Issues

Looking for a wordpress expert who can fix a login and permalinks page issues on our website (may include some 18+ content). The admin page is not accessible to change any settings, I am receiving a 404 error not found message. In addition, permalinks are broken with 403 errors. Website is configured through cloudflare.
